Standard Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa with the following estimated delivery times:

How Our Delivery Process Works
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins preparing your items for shipment. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and your selected payment method.
- Orders for in-stock items with confirmed payment are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.
- For faster order processing, we recommend payment via credit card or EFT from the same bank as ours, where applicable.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
During Checkout
An estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and order details.
After Payment
Once payment is successfully received, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been processed.
Shipment Confirmation
When your order has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Orders can be tracked using:
- Your order number
- Invoice number
- Courier tracking number
You may also receive delivery updates via email or SMS as your shipment progresses.
Delivery to Your Door
We partner with trusted South African courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
Deliveries take place:
- Monday to Friday
- Excluding public holidays
Once your order is out for delivery, you may receive a notification with a more accurate delivery window.
Important Information
In-Stock Items
Delivery estimates apply to products marked as "In Stock" at the time of purchase. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding revised timelines.
Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier disruptions
- Public unrest or strikes
- High order volumes
Should any delays arise, our team will keep you informed.
Remote & Rural Deliveries
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional transit time, as some locations are not serviced daily by couriers.
Shipping Restrictions
- We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
- PO Box addresses are not accepted.
- International shipping is currently unavailable, except for selected digitally delivered products such as software licenses or electronic subscriptions.

Shipping Rates
- Flat-rate delivery fee: R150 (incl. VAT) for orders below R2,000
- Free nationwide shipping on all orders over R2,000
